How do I return my order?
We hope you’re delighted with your items, but if you’ve changed your mind, here’s what you need to know:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We do not offer free returns or exchanges. If you require a different size, simply return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
- A returns form is included with your parcel. If it’s missing, you can download a replacement from crazyalternative.com.
Please explain why you’re returning the item(s). You may combine multiple orders in a single return, provided each order number is included within the parcel.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed‑for service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Keep your tracking reference for your security.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days during busy periods.
Condition of returned items
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- Returned with their original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Certain items are non‑returnable due to hygiene reasons, including:
- Items where the hygiene seal has been removed (e.g., swimwear)
- Face coverings with broken or tampered seals
Refunds cannot be issued for items that show signs of wear, contamination, or damage, including:
- Make‑up, perfume, deodorant stains
- Evidence of pet hair, smoke, food spillages, etc.
Faulty or incorrect items
Although we work hard to ensure quality, manufacturing faults may occasionally occur. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Provide clear images and your order number via the returns form or through crazyalternative.com
- Once approved, a free return label will be issued
- Returned items are inspected and—if confirmed faulty—a refund is issued to the original payment method
If the item is outside the returns policy—worn, washed, or past the return window—you may still return it for inspection, but the cost will be your responsibility.
Where is my refund?
Refund processing typically takes up to 10 working days after the parcel arrives at our warehouse. During this time, we may contact you if additional information is needed. For gift card purchases, refunds will be issued back to a gift card.
