Need help placing an order?
Encountered an issue while ordering online? No worries — reach out using the support widget on-site and a member of the team will assist you.
What happens after ordering?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. Hold on to this as your electronic receipt. You can also check order status by registering or logging into your account on crazyalternative.com.
Didn’t receive confirmation?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing, use the live chat widget on crazyalternative.com and provide your name and order date so we can track it.
Made a mistake?
If you’d like to cancel, please do so within 30 minutes of ordering using the live chat. Due to high order volume, orders processed after the 30‑minute grace period cannot be cancelled.
When will I receive reward points?
Points are pending for 30 days in case of returns. Once the return window closes, confirmed points will be added to your account.

Styles sell out quickly, but restocks happen regularly—subscribe for restock alerts on crazyalternative.com.
Colour accuracy
Products are photographed under studio lighting for best accuracy, though shades may vary slightly due to screen settings.

The team tries each style in every collection to ensure the size guide reflects actual fit. You can access the Size Guide via crazyalternative.com.
Physical retail stores
There are currently no standalone stores. Be cautious when buying from independent sellers—authenticity isn’t guaranteed.
Button replacements
We don’t supply spare buttons, so follow the garment care label. For any maintenance questions, use the live chat feature.
Delivery
Tracking your order
Include a valid email and contact number at checkout. Once shipped, a dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent.
UK Next‑Day Shipping
Orders before 12 pm (Mon–Thu) go out same or next working day. Over weekend? Orders ship the following Monday. While we aim for next‑day dispatch for qualifying orders, delays may occur during holidays or sales.
Shipping costs
Free for qualifying orders over threshold; otherwise fees apply. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery providers
We use reputable carriers—details available at checkout. Tracking apps are recommended for convenience. Deliveries may require signature or be left safely as per carrier policy.
Delivery issues
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, use the live chat to report it. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, weather or incorrect address entry.
Delivery changes
Requests like alternate address or locker delivery may add 24 hours to processing time. Changes made after dispatch may not be accommodated.
Non‑delivery timeframe
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 15 days, contact support via live chat, and an investigation can be initiated.
International delivery
For orders outside the UK, delivery times are around 10–14 working days. Duties or taxes may apply depending on destination; please check local regulations.
Returns & Faulty Items
How to return
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer free returns or exchanges—return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size.
Your parcel includes a returns form; if missing, you can download it from crazyalternative.com. Please include order numbers and reason for return. Combine multiple orders in one return if needed.
Return postage
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked and signed‑for service for security. Once delivered, refunds are processed within 7 working days (allow longer during busy periods).
Condition of returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items with removed hygiene stickers (e.g. swimwear) or signs of wear such as makeup, pet hair, or smoke smell are not accepted.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately via the live chat with detailed photos and your order number. Fault approvals may result in a refund. Returns outside the policy terms may not be refunded.
Refund timeframe
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt. For gift‑card purchases, credits return to a gift card.

Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available as e-gift codes only. Redeemable online at crazyalternative.com, valid for one year from purchase and purchasable in your local currency.
Checking balance
Visit the ‘Gift Card’ section in your crazyalternative.com account to see your remaining balance.
Refunds on gift card orders
Refunds for gift-card purchases will be issued back to the same card. If multiple payment methods were used, gift card credit is applied first.
